Amazing breakfast with a variety to choose from. Very clean and very friendly staff always there to help with anything we wanted. As a British family that enjoys our cups of teas, hot water , milk, English breakfast tea bags were always available any time of the day for the quick cuppa. The bar doesn’t close till late so we were able to get that glass of wine or that beer to wind down the evening after a busy walk about in the city. The hotel is within close proximity to the local town centre Kista which made it easy to pop out for a dinner meal at the local restaurants. It was only a few stops on the metro to Stockholm city centre which was so great. Our room was fabulous, comfortable beds, very spacious and with a great shower. I so highly recommend the hotel to anyone or family looking to having a fantastic holiday in Sweden.

24 hours gym, good atmosphere in the lobby/common area, and just overall vibes. In the gym were signs to suggest workouts if you needed inspiration from beginner, moderate and advanced levels and a rowing machine, bike, and treadmill. Also, you could connect your music via Bluetooth to the speakers in the gym and a workout timer with intervals, tabata, etc Lastly this nice sustainability idea of donating unwanted clothes. Cool idea. I utilized it and overall felt good that someone in need will be able to use a shirt but also that it wouldn't take up space in my bag. If you are a shopper, the Krista Galleria mall is a 5 min walk that is open everyday and much later then most EU malls.

It was a really good location for getting into Stockholm, with quick and easy to access rail links nearby. The breakfast has a good selection, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at the Strawberry Arena, and the commuter train to get there and back was a relatively easy walk (about 15 mins - mostly flat). It was also easy to use this for the airport too. The metro line is really close, and has lots of regular trains into the city. The location is very quiet, as it seems to be more of a business district than a tourist spot, which means there's not much noise at night or early in the morning.

Modern hotel with good transport connections to Stockholm city center (25-30 minutes by metro) and Arlanda Airport (30 minutes by direct bus). A large trade center with shops and cafes is nearby, so it's no problem to buy food or anything else you might need. Big cozy rooms, well-equipped in typical Scandinavian style. A very good breakfast with a nice choice of food and drinks included in the price.

A nice hotel in a perfect location, it is basically a few minutes from the nearest underground station. The check in and check out was really smooth. We were provided a nice and large room, the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was perfect, choice was quite wide.

Very very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, cozy beds, great view to the street, good location (metro station is very close!). The breakfast is abundant, we loved it so much, especially the roasted mushroom, which was so delicious! Comfort Hotel Kista is AWESOME. If someday we'd visit Stockholm once again, we wouldn't choose another hotel. Tack så mycket!

the staff was extremely helpful. I made a mistake and booked one day less but they figured everything out during the check in and we could stay even in the same room the whole stay. no need to switch rooms

One of the better hotels I have been to. Very good access from Arlanda airport. A few minutes walk to mall, restaurants and grocery shops. Close to the metro and buses. The reception staff was especially great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, we were given an extra heater because the temperature in our room was a bit low for us. There was absolutely no problem with giving us a heater. The breakfasts were varied and very tasty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a pleasure
